Top Surgery Guidebook - A 40-page zine for people of all genders. The experiences of Disabled, Fat, BIPOC, & neurodivergent bodyminds are centered in this resource.

The Gender Confirmation Center - Everything you need to know about top surgery, images, videos and descriptions of procedures along with pages of a FAQs about the entire process.

Top Surgery Support (Removal / Reduction) Facebook Group - A group for trans and nonbinary folks of all genders looking to have top surgery, along with those who’ve had top surgery. Interact with people from all over the world. Also join a group for the month of your surgery to receive mutual support through the process.

I Have No Nipples (or may not have nipples in the future) - A Facebook group for people that do not have nipples or may not be keeping their nipples after top surgery/mastectomy. All genders and identities welcome.

Healthy Chest Binding for Trans and Non-Binary People - A valuable book written by massage therapist Frances Reed who shares their story about improper binding, the lessons learned and exercises to ensure binding safely.

Align & Shine - An online exercise, self paced program before surgery (pre-hab) to get your body ready. Amazing content created by a trans personal trainer who struggled with recovery after because of muscle imbalance. Well worth the investment
